Constantin Von Salmuth

Constantin is a very passionate, highly motivated sales & marketing expert with extensive tech, startup and social work experience. 

He has been working at Google for more than 4 years in several sales positions together with C- levels of large corporations in the DACH region. 

Before that, he was successfully founding and leading his own startup for 1.5 years between his bachelor and master studies.

Besides his work in tech, Constantin is a very passionate about using his skillset and network to support social causes and make a positive impact for less privileged people.

After spending more than one year working with kids in the south african township of Soweto after graduating from high school, he is leading an NGO in Tansania together with his sister since 2015 with great impact and success.

Constantin and Guy (founder) met before the war in Ukraine began in February 2022 and he could experience right from the beginning how the initial idea grew into a solid project with steadily growing impact.

He is supporting the Care for Kids foundation since day one with hands-on advise on marketing, further expansion and his network within and knowledge of Google and has helped securing funds ever since.
